Improving with kawak®

When viewing a document, you can only view it by group, position or users, but sometimes certain groups and some positions in particular are required to view it, that are not part of these groups. Creating a group for each visualization need can make it expensive to manage them.

It would be very helpful if external documents can be distributed and given permission according to distribution groups, since not everyone in the organization has to see all external documents.

Include filter buttons in the request documents section to make it easier to search by state or approver so that you can view only what is in process or pending.

External documents should have the option to select read and download permissions. Since there are certain supplier documents, which are not a direct part of the company's management system, but which cannot be used and downloaded by all people.
