We would like the documents to be digitally signed

There should be a general permission so that users can fill them out directly, avoiding additional steps and clicks to grant individual access. similar to the permission to view all documentation

When there are documents that have electronic signatures, they should ideally be viewable in the Document Viewer.

It would be good if from the review field you could change the version of the documents and that when it is marked that the document does not require a change of version, only the date of issue would be updated or the validity period of the documents extended.

When viewing the documents they may have the option to search

To add internal attachments, it would be better to be able to locate them by document code. Currently it can only be attached by placing names, and without them being long they don't differentiate

We request to evaluate the possibility of incorporating, in the External Documents module, a revision alarm functionality with visualization of the time remaining until the scheduled due date, similar to that currently available in the Document Listing module. This would make it possible to anticipate the revision of the validity of external documents and to strengthen their control and timely updating.

It would be ideal to enter internal attachment data by document code and not by name. If the names of the documents start out similar, it is not possible to differentiate one from the others.

Include in the document update notification email a summary of the changes made to the document

It is required that when you preview the document, you have an option to view the date of the last revision or, failing that, the history of changes with observations
