We hereby allow ourselves to share a suggestion for improvement related to the Human Talent module, specifically in the competence evaluation functionality. Currently, during the completion of evaluations, there is a situation that some evaluators cannot complete the evaluation in a single session, either due to availability of time or other operational activities. However, the system does not allow saving the partial progress of the evaluation to be resumed later, which hinders its correct execution and may affect the quality and timeliness of the registration. In this regard, we suggest evaluating the possibility of enabling a functionality that allows: -Save the partial completion of the competence evaluation. -Resume the evaluation at a later time without loss of recorded information. -Finalize and close the evaluation once the entire procedure is completed. We believe that this improvement would facilitate the use of the module, promote compliance with evaluations within established deadlines and improve the user experience. We remain attentive to your comments and to the viability of this suggestion.

Allow when creating result evaluations, the option of duplicating the evaluation to assign to other users who have the same evaluation objectives to expedite the evaluation design process or to associate objectives created only once with the evaluations of users that apply.

Enable the creation of questions using images or graphics

Create pretest and posttest evaluations (the same questions in both evaluations) for invited users or groups.

Allow or enable 2 or 3 response opportunities in each evaluation to those invited. Currently there is only one opportunity for the invitee to respond to each evaluation. In the event of a bad connection or other factor that does not allow us to fully answer the evaluation, the platform immediately closes the option and gives 0 results to the respective test.

Enable the option to upload a pre test and a post test, without having to do the process of creating the evaluation twice. This optimizes time in creating evaluations and allows us to follow up on the training carried out.

Allowing the list of invitees to show all of them (not just 100) and to identify the area or working group to which the invitee belongs, this makes it easier to assign planned evaluations and training.

Currently, when downloading the human talent resume database in the beta storage management module, a single long list appears with all the files in general in no specific order. It is required that when downloading these documents they are grouped together with the user or worker to whom they were uploaded in their resume, it can be associated with their name and ID number, which is required to have a backup of the documentation uploaded to the platform in case of a contingency, but can be viewed by each worker.

It would be interesting to have an option in the results of performance evaluations that allows the people who carry out the evaluations to be hidden or placed as anonymous, for example in 360° evaluations where they evaluate peers.
