I would like to suggest an improvement in the functionality of internal attachments within documents. Currently, when a document is selected as an internal attachment, it is correctly displayed in PDF format; however, it would be very useful if, in that same view, the option to download the file (either in PDF format or in Office, as appropriate) would also appear. This would facilitate document management, especially when it is necessary to link forms or formats between documents, avoiding having to go to the single list of documents to search for and download them separately.

Important improvement would be that reports of equipment failures, in addition to communicating them by email, can also reach the cell phone via WhatsApp, this helps to improve response times in response to corrective maintenance.
