Improving with kawak®

When a training is scheduled, it appears to the staff in their backlog, where everyone can check for attendance. However, this option is only available at the time the training is scheduled and then disappears. It should remain on the lookout for at least the entire day of the date it is scheduled, so that employees after training can check their attendance, since it may happen that they are unable to do so during the same training.

The structure of the organization chart seems appropriate to me; however, I have some comments to improve its visualization. Currently, some positions that belong to the same hierarchical level appear at the bottom due to lack of space, making it difficult to interpret the organization chart. I would like all the posts corresponding to the same level to be aligned horizontally for easy reading. Additionally, when downloading the file, it is generated only in image format and with a very small size, making it difficult to view the details. It would be helpful if it could be downloaded in an editable or higher-resolution format (for example, PDF, PowerPoint or Visio) to preserve quality and make it easier to review.

It is suggested that the banner on the main registration screen in the new version of Kawak can be managed by the company, allowing institutional information, news, campaigns or internal communications to be published. Additionally, it would be ideal for this banner to be automatically updated with the news uploaded to the platform, to strengthen internal communication and give greater visibility to relevant information for employees.

It requires the implementation of the ability to create headers to templates, and an option that allows you to indicate that these headers cannot be modified by users.
