Add ID and Date fields to filter information in the maintenance schedule.

It is proposed that, when viewing the Equipment Resume submodule, which is located within the Equipment module, the “Location” field be included in the grid, so that it is possible to quickly identify the place where each team is located. This improvement would facilitate the consultation of information and would optimize asset management.

Currently, when scheduling maintenance for the same type of equipment located in different locations, it is necessary to create maintenance for each site, since the “headquarters” field is mandatory. This involves investing more time both in programming and in the inclusion of the activities to be carried out, especially when managing multiple locations. For this reason, it is required that the “headquarters” field no longer be mandatory, which would make it possible to create (easier and faster) maintenance and activities (once only) for the same type of equipment regardless of where it is located,

Create a category and maintain traceability to reschedule maintenance and inspections, including the observation or reason for the rescheduling. This will also be included in the reports

Add a section in the Equipment module that allows you to manage the control of the software that is in the company and to have the option of controlling the maintenance of those that are managed, such as those that have to be assigned licenses (Google WorkSpace, Office365, Zoho, etc.)

Add ID to each fault report, such as a ticket system, since they are not generated by maintenance, and which then allows maintenance associated with the failure to be created by the module administrator based on a schedule. That the Failure Report option contains a drop-down list-type field that allows you to configure the level of severity of the fault. Generate a specific R3 fault report by type of equipment/location, since most of them are reported by production or administrative areas and do not create maintenance.

Add to the R1 - EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE REPORT the ID of the maintenance of each type of Equipment. Just like the inspection module (check list) that the ID can be viewed on the maintenance record sheet.

It has been reported that those responsible for maintaining the equipment have changed and have already scheduled maintenance on dates for the whole year. When you change the manager, each maintenance must be modified one by one, which is very expensive. The inherit function would be very good for these cases.
