Currently, for organizations such as Labcare that do not have the Strategic Planning module in Kawak, the usefulness of the Organizational Context module is limited. Although it makes it possible to identify internal and external factors and generate strategies based on the analysis of the context, the impossibility of bringing these strategies into action plans within the same platform makes their implementation and monitoring difficult. It is identified as an opportunity for improvement to enable the possibility of converting the strategies generated in the Context module into improvement actions, with managers, goals and monitoring, even for companies that do not have the Planning module. This would close the management cycle, increase traceability and ensure that context analysis translates into measurable results.
