It is suggested to evaluate the possibility of optimizing the flow between the Non-Conforming Outputs module and the Improvement module, so that the system allows greater integration or visualization of the closing state between both records. Currently, when a non-compliant output generates an action in the Improvement module, separate closures must be made, which can cause confusion for some users and duplication in monitoring activities. As a future improvement, it is proposed that the system allow: Clearly visualize the status of the associated improvement from the non-compliant output. Include alerts or informational messages that explain the reason for the double shutdown. Facilitate traceability between immediate correction and corrective action. This improvement would contribute to a better understanding of the system by users, greater efficiency in monitoring and strengthening the Quality Management System.

In the SNC module, the records can currently be consulted by all users; to facilitate consultation and to maintain a certain reserve of information within each process, it is necessary that the SNC reports are visible only by the personnel involved in the report and treatment, as the improvement plans are viewed.

I think it's essential that there is the “PROCESS” field for each of the products and services that are loaded in the “Products and Services” section of the non-compliant outputs module.

In the “Non-compliant Departures” module, add the corresponding to “Upload date or date of registration of the non-compliant departure” not only, “identification date”, since the date of identification of the non-compliant departure and the date of registration may be different, so differences would be better.

I suggest seeing the possibility that the option of causes within non-compliant outputs is mandatory.
