Currently, when a non-compliant output generates an action in the Improvement module, separate closures must be made, which can cause confusion for some users and duplication in monitoring activities.

As a future improvement, it is proposed that the system allow:

Clearly visualize the status of the associated improvement from the non-compliant output.

Include alerts or informational messages that explain the reason for the double shutdown.

Facilitate traceability between immediate correction and corrective action.

This improvement would contribute to a better understanding of the system by users, greater efficiency in monitoring and strengthening the Quality Management System.
