Improving with kawak®

It is proposed to incorporate in Kawak a configuration option that allows the recording of an analysis for each indicator to be defined as mandatory. This functionality would aim to ensure that, in addition to reporting the numerical value of the indicator, its interpretation, behavior, causes of variation and, if necessary, the associated actions are also documented. With this improvement, the system could make it possible to activate a mandatory field or analysis section when filling out or updating an indicator, thus ensuring more complete monitoring and more effective information management. This would help to strengthen decision-making, improve the traceability of the analysis carried out and promote a culture of more rigorous review of the performance of the indicators.

Currently, for multiseries indicators, NEW series can be added from “current date” or “validity of the indicator”; however, this option is not enabled so that existing series can be modified or eliminated as of the current date, it only allows them to be modified and modified completely since the validity of the indicator. This is useful when a series for us is a “place of operation” or “point of sale” that for whatever reason closed or changed its business name. I currently have a real case where one of my branches closed but removing that series involves the complete removal of the series data from the indicator module.

It would be important and very helpful if, when generating the R4 - Indicator Monitoring report, all processes are included in a single report. Currently, by doing it through individual processes and then integrating them to consolidate information, additional work is generated that could be optimized. I think that it would be more efficient for the system to generate a single report with all the consolidated information and to display the column corresponding to the process within it. In this way, time is optimized, traceability is facilitated and the management of indicators is improved.

Include in the indicator module the option to customize indicator reports. In order for some of them to include data by subseries created for each indicator or to be able to disaggregate the information of the subseries that have not been fed

It would be ideal if, when you enter to view the indicator chart, it should be aligned to the left by default, regardless of the fact that there are still months left to complete; that is, it should be displayed as in the attached image without the need to modify the date.

You should configure notification alerts in emails when the indicator is expired, or when an example has been in the alert zone for several months (yellow) and also modify the expiration time that is not so short but depending on the type of company you configure the expiration times to feed the indicators.

This field is required because the data can be in the cloud and if you add the URL to the field that exists it remains text and then to view the file you have to copy and paste the URL in the browser to be able to see the data.

I would like you to include the information of a graph that shows me the month, the goal and the quantities recorded for the month, this helps with monthly reporting information for single-series indicators.

Currently, in the Indicators module, when a deviation or result that requires intervention is identified, only the option of creating a new opportunity for improvement is enabled. However, there is no option to associate an existing improvement action that was previously created in the Continuous Improvement module. It is proposed to enable the functionality that allows you to directly link an existing action from the Indicators module, avoiding duplication of actions and ensuring greater traceability, coherence and control within the Management System. This improvement would optimize the management of corrective, preventive and improvement actions, allowing a more efficient integration between modules and strengthening the monitoring of strategic results.
