It is proposed to incorporate in Kawak a configuration option that allows the recording of an analysis for each indicator to be defined as mandatory. This functionality would aim to ensure that, in addition to reporting the numerical value of the indicator, its interpretation, behavior, causes of variation and, if necessary, the associated actions are also documented.

With this improvement, the system could make it possible to activate a mandatory field or analysis section when filling out or updating an indicator, thus ensuring more complete monitoring and more effective information management. This would help to strengthen decision-making, improve the traceability of the analysis carried out and promote a culture of more rigorous review of the performance of the indicators.
