Kflow currently shows the dates and times of sending and receiving the flow, but not the approval dates and times. This can be confusing for the user who receives the flow for review or approval, since the first view they obtain corresponds to the submission dates, and not to the approval dates, which are the ones that really interest him to continue the process. To know the actual approval date, the user must enter each of the fields in the flow step by step, which is time-consuming and difficult to review. It is requested to consider that, in the boxes, the date and time of approval are visibly displayed, since this is the most relevant information for the user when entering a flow. He states that it is okay for all traceability to be recorded in the system (in the “envelope”), but that the main view should show the actual date and time of approval, thus avoiding confusion and the perception that a person gave his approval a long time ago and that it is only now being reviewed.
