  1. Add ID to each fault report, such as a ticket system, since they are not generated by maintenance, and which then allows maintenance associated with the failure to be created by the module administrator based on a schedule.
  2. That the Failure Report option contains a drop-down list-type field that allows you to configure the level of severity of the fault.
  3. Generate a specific R3 fault report by type of equipment/location, since most of them are reported by production or administrative areas and do not create maintenance.
