External documents need to be properly controlled, but are often updated by different stakeholders. It is crucial to maintain traceability over the control of the different versions of these external documents. However, KAWAK does not currently offer an option to manage obsolete external documents. As a result, by deleting these documents, traceability is lost. Therefore, it is proposed to implement a dedicated submodule of obsolete external documents to preserve traceability and version history.
