Improving with kawak®

Good morning Please evaluate the possibility of placing watermarks for each document, classifying it as confidential or strictly confidential, but we show that this option is not enabled in kawak, it is only allowed to mark by type of document (it is not feasible for us because within all the instructions, some may be confidential and others for internal use). In addition, we require that this classification be like a watermark so that, at the time the document is printed, this labeling is evidenced. Currently, the classification of information is only displayed when opening the document from the platform.

The documents must be published and available to all members of the organization, however the notification of document changes is not necessarily for the entire organization, the idea would be to select only the groups/users to whom the notification is addressed, since this activity for a Management System that handles more than 2,000 documents is a rework, because so many daily notifications from the System should not be sent to each member of the organization, so that they do not lose importance.
