The configuration of the checklists, specifically when using the multi-element option, is required to allow additional fields to be added for each evaluated element, in addition to the current compliance options (NC, C, CP and NA). It is proposed to enable the configuration of the following types of fields: Date, text, drop-down lists. In this way, each item on the checklist can have specific and complementary information, avoiding that the evaluation is limited only to determining if the item complies or does not comply.
