Currently, for each element, compliance can be determined using NC, C, CP or NA. What we require is that, in addition, you can configure information fields associated with each element, such as:

Date, drop-down list or be able to add a specific feature.

In this way, the information would be directly related to each element; that is, it is not a question of adding customized fields horizontally or generally to the inspection, since when it is carried out in a general way, the other inspection checklists change, but rather of allowing that, within the option of multiple elements, each evaluated element can have its own additional fields, in addition to compliance options.
