It is suggested that the task execution tool allows multiple managers to be assigned simultaneously, so that several people can attend activities in parallel within the same task.

It is also proposed that, once a person responsible has completed their part, the tool allows the reassignment of the task to another person for validation purposes, Vo.Bo of what has been executed, without necessarily having to be the Supervisor or creator of the task.

This improvement will facilitate inter-area collaboration, reduce management times and strengthen the monitoring and traceability of ongoing activities.
