We currently handle accidents that correspond to NC in Kawak, however, we want to include Quasi Accidents that we also consolidate internally as Incidents, but in a simple record (Attached). Now, we would like to be able to have the option of creating in the same Occupational Safety and Health module, the Near Accident category with the attached record fields separating the beginning of the report from the Incident module, which would be much more effective for us to carry out these events in the Kawak system because of the immediate and corrective actions, deadlines and managers that allow us to follow up. In other words, we want to be able to select between Accident/Incident or Quasi-Accident, since in the case of the former, the fields are more associated with an event that has already occurred with data about the accident and we want to research what has not yet occurred.
