In the Continuous Improvement module, it is possible to carry out the qualification or evaluation without having previously formalized and documented the idea of improvement with its respective structured analysis (as a root cause). This can lead to evaluations without sufficient context or technical support.

Configure the system so that an idea cannot be rated or evaluated until:

The idea has been fully registered.

The root cause analysis has been performed (Ishikawa, 5 Whys or another configured method).

The expected impact has been defined.

Automatic activation of the evaluation timer

Once the idea is formally registered, the system:

Automatically notify those responsible.

Activate a counter or time limit for your evaluation (example: 3, 5 or 10 configurable days).

Generate an alert if time is up without evaluation.
