It is necessary to make visible in the risk matrix grid the “treatment option” field, which can be filled in with the following options: avoid, reduce, share or accept the risk. This information is already being filled out when completing each risk treatment action, but we need treatment actions to be made visible after evaluating the residual risk.

As of March 31, 2025, the “Treatment” column is available in the risk, matrix and exportable grid.
