Currently flow only allows you to assign 1 person to fill out forms that are placed as internal steps of the flow. It would be interesting if you could allow the delivery of the ticket to a position or team of people and that once someone has completed the form, the step is already executed.

Step #3 operational incident report - Operations Analyst must complete the solution actions taken.

Options: It is interesting that the email for the form pending to be filled out reaches all Operations Analysts and that in the case of Analyst 1 she fills out the form, the task has been completed and she notifies the other 3 Analysts of the closure.
