Create your improvement actions with personalized cause analysis, select the type of analysis: Other, when performing the cause analysis, the text editor will be activated so that you enter the methodology used in your organization, an improvement available in version 4.7.1 of the kawak® suite, which was released on July 13.

Hello Andres, we tell you that as an alternative solution, we have added the “Other” type of analysis, which will allow you to have a text editor-type field so that you can record any type of analysis or incorporate files.
This upgrade will be available starting July 6, 2024.
