Starting with version 4.7.4, approval comments are maintained, preventing traceability from being lost once the action has been adjusted.

Keep track of the traceability of when an action plan is rejected, since the comments that are placed in the box when the action plan is not approved are deleted after the person responsible corrects the rejected action.
