Implement a check to enable or disable the section in the supplier's resume, tax information of the supplier resume, from the functionality, supplier configuration.

This in order to be able to hide this section when it doesn't apply to the company.

You can now enable or disable tax information on supplier resumes, with the new check added to the configuration option: Activate tax information, an improvement available in version 4.7.1 of the kawak® suite, which was released on July 13.
