The document management module allows authorization to download and print procedures, instructions, manuals, and other documents controlled in KAWAK. However, once these documents are printed or downloaded, they are no longer under control. To improve this process, it is proposed that, at the time of downloading or printing, the document be automatically labeled with the indication of “Uncontrolled Copy”.

The watermark is now also available when printing or downloading PDF documents. To do this, configure the watermark in Document Types and activate the parameter “Include a footer in printed or downloaded copies of documents indicating the user's name, date and time of printing or downloading” in the Configuration option of the Document Management module.

Adding to Andrea's idea, it's very necessary in some companies. He even added that there should be an option when downloading or printing if you can select as an administrator what you need an Original, controlled copy or uncontrolled copy. If Original is chosen, it is printed or downloaded as it is loaded, if it is a controlled or uncontrolled copy, a watermark is automatically generated inside the document and printed or downloaded. In addition, at this time of choosing to have an observation field and thus be able to leave traceability and indicator, for example, 3 controlled copies have been downloaded, 1 uncontrolled copy and in observations indicate if it was requested for an area, a regulatory body or other need.
