Currently, the module only allows you to create the minutes by editing them directly on the platform. As an improvement proposal, it would be advisable to enable the option of:

Upload a previously prepared report in Word or PDF, so that it can be viewed in KAWAK with the same format and presentation as the minutes generated within the module.

This functionality would allow greater flexibility in the preparation of minutes, would optimize management time and would facilitate the integration of existing documents.
