You agree to the inclusion of the option to upload a digital signature in the minutes module, since this functionality is currently not available. This improvement adds value to the auditing process, to the control and security of the content of the minutes, guaranteeing the veracity of the signer and strengthening documentary traceability.
The implementation of the digital signature will ensure the authenticity of the records, reduce the risks of manipulation and standardize internal controls.
