When modifying (deleting or editing the text) of an item in a drop-down list, all associated historical information records are affected, compromising integrity and traceability. The proposal is that there be an option to inactivate the item from the drop-down list in order not to affect the histories, so the item will stop appearing when a user is creating or editing a new record.
