To be able to upload a template in pdf or word, for example a contract format or a purchase order, that is self-completed with data that was generated in the flow, and at the end generates a pdf document that can be sent via e-mail or stored in a field of the same flow.

According to Carolina, that from one step of the WF, selected fields can be exported to generate a PDF that can have a format suitable for printing or reading outside of Kflow, and hopefully the functionality will be further expanded so that there is no possibility of exporting the data from the selected fields in additional formats such as CSV or TXT to be treated in Excel or any other application external to Kflow
