In audit evaluations, when auditees evaluate auditors, if they don't evaluate them, the result is marked as 0% and weighs equally on the result. For example: if an auditor performed 4 audits within a program, and the results are as follows:
Audit 1:100%
Audit 2: the auditee did not respond to the evaluation (i.e. 0%)
Audit 3:100%
Audit 4: the auditee did not respond to the evaluation (i.e. 0%)
In this case, the auditor should appear 100% on average, since he obtained 100% in both evaluated audits.
But currently, the system fails and returns 50%, because it makes 200/4 = 50, as if the auditee had actually set a zero, which is NOT the case.
I already asked for it several times but I didn't get a response.
Currently, I have to do the manual calculations since the result that Kawak gives is not reliable
