Currently, you only have the option to create <Campos Adicionales>in the Risks and Opportunities module < Risk and Opportunity Management, in the “Risk Identification” section (when inserting the risk). However, it is necessary to create<Campos Adicionales>, in the other sections of the Risks and Opportunities module, such as: Evaluate, Controls, Treatment Plan, Contingency Plan, and so on.
