When you export obsolete documents, the report in Excel has very few fields, it can be evaluated that this report is complemented by the other fields that the single list of documents report has, in order to know in a certain version what configuration conditions that document had.

Now in version 4.7.7 of kawak® you can generate the much more complete R3 documentation status report, which you can filter out obsolete documents for more details about their configuration.
