PQRSF Management Qualification

- Introduction Currently, the KAWAK system allows managing partners' Requests, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions and Compliments (PQRSF). However, it does not have a tool to measure user satisfaction with regard to the management of their request. Therefore, it is proposed to implement a rating mechanism to help evaluate the efficiency of the process and improve the associate's experience.
- Objective To implement a button or rating system in KAWAK so that associates can assess the management of their PQRSF, allowing them to obtain feedback in real time and improve the quality of the service.
- Description of the Improvement It is suggested to add a rating button at the end of the management of each PQRSF. This button will allow the associate to rate their experience and provide optional feedback.
