That the KAWAK information system makes it possible to create an Institutional Development Plan with a time horizon of 2022 and 2027 and that within that plan a strategic plan can be associated per year (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027) and within that general plan each of the organizational units can be linked. Taking into account this articulation, it is important that compliance with each Strategic Plan per year is reflected in the progress of the Institutional Development Plan 2021-2027. (it would be ideal if from the “see” option we can check the progress of the Institutional Development Plan by Dimension/Major Challenge or Strategic Objective and also for each Annual Strategic Plan).
