Currently, when you click on a document, it opens in a pop-up window. The problem is that if I open another document, the old popup window is replaced, which prevents me from viewing two documents at the same time.

Requirement: I request that the settings change so that when I click on a document, it opens in a new browser tab instead of a pop-up window. Alternatively, multiple separate pop-ups could be allowed to open, each with a different document, so that several documents can be viewed simultaneously.

Impact: Improves user experience by allowing multiple documents to be viewed simultaneously It avoids the loss of open documents when other documents are being consulted.
