Currently, in the “View” mode of the minutes module, the column for comments is too narrow, which causes the texts to extend vertically and look unaesthetic, making them difficult to read. This especially affects when comments are detailed, as is often the case when performing tasks.

In contrast, the “Task” column is quite wide, although task descriptions are usually shorter than comments.

Proposal:

Adjust the design so that the comment column has a larger width, similar to that of the task column, allowing a more comfortable and readable view of the content. This will improve the user experience and understanding of the recorded information.
