Document Management supports and considers the submitted request to be relevant, considering that these elements strengthen the traceability, authenticity, integrity and evidentiary value of the electronic document, allowing evidence of approval to remain associated with the exported document and can be consulted throughout its documentary life cycle.

I think this is a good improvement for document traceability and approval of minutes by the participants of the different committees, so the file would have all the validity of a duly signed physical document.
