KAWAK user or profile that made the approval.
Final status of the report: closed, approved or equivalent.
Visible record type: “Act approved and closed electronically in KAWAK”.
This request is not just a presentation setting. It seeks to strengthen the traceability, authenticity and integrity of the record as an electronic document.
At the end of the minutes, a fixed block like this must be added:
Certificate of approval and electronic closure This record was prepared, revised and approved electronically in the SIG/KAWAK application. The approvals registered under the institutional credentials of each user constitute evidence of acceptance of the content, in accordance with the Information Security Policy and the internal guidelines on responsible use of access and passwords.
