Improving with kawak®

In the Improvement module, action plans are created, but if for some reason it is necessary to create an activity (order 3) in the middle of the plan of 10 activities, the subsequent 7 must be modified or eliminated, in order to include an activity, the request is that the modification of plans be allowed without such restrictions.

Increase the spaces to add N number of causes in the cause and effect diagram, since it limits recording only 5 levels of causes and one root cause and in some situations there may be more than one main cause with its sub-causes and each of these can have its own and different root cause.

Have the ability to include an adjunct to the cause analysis, such as the Ishikawa Diagram, since sometimes the same cause analysis requires research in which evidence, documentation, and others are reviewed.
